Victory Parties were special parties organized by the Toon Council. These parties were introduced in 2010 after the Mega Cog invasion ended from the Silly Meter being full again. New signs all over the streets of Toontown would be advertising the new arrival. Toon Troops would be the hosts of the party. A new minigame also came out for parties during this time. That was when Cog-O-War was introduced. These parties were hosted for a long time, and ended a few weeks later.
