Several Gag ideas (marked down as "weapons") were introduced, including:

Expertise Tracks

There are up to nine categories, or tracks, of props for players to learn and master. Each track focuses on a specific set of props. When starting the game each Toon can learn Gags in three basic tracks: Squirting, Sounds, and Dropping. As players advance in the game, more tracks will be available to learn and use in encounters.

Toontown Online Battle System Details (v1), May 25th, 2000

Gags were dubbed as "Toon skills"; There were seven skills each having six levels, with a specific prop associated with each level per skill. Thus, there would be a total of 42 props.

  • PropAccuracy (%)
  • PropHP (# of HP)
  • Single or group usage designation
