Fanfiction
Fanfiction is an unofficial creative work that is created by a fan of something.[1] In the case of Toontown Online, fanfiction is written by players about the Toontown universe. Fanfiction ranges from art to short stories and novels. Disney has accepted fanfiction in the form of drawings and poetry for their contests on Toontown.com.

Many Toontown fanfictions are short stories involving the familiar conflict between Toons and Cogs. There are also many about hidden areas or characters of the game (escpecially Cog Nation and the Chairman), and conspiracies in the Toon Council. Editing screenshots from the game is also another popular form or fan fiction/art.

Toontown fanfictions can be found all over the internet, especially in fan forums. Sometimes, it may contain potentially offensive material. There is also a wiki for Toontown fanfictions.[2]
