Fisherman Barney is a cat NPC in Barnacle Boulevard, Donald's Dock, Toontown.
Like all fishermen NPCs, Toons can talk to him to sell the fish in their fishing bucket. For every 10 new fish species a Toon sells, he will award them with a trophy and a Laff boost.
