Fisherman Freud is a cat fisherman NPC in Toontown. He is located in the Donald's Dreamland playground.
Like all fishermen NPC's, Toons can talk to him to sell fish in their fishing bucket. For every 10 new fish species a Toon sells, he will award them with a trophy and a +1 Laff point boost.
