Fisherman Frizzy is a rabbit NPC in The Brrrgh playground, Toontown.
Like all fishermen NPCs, Toons can talk to her to sell fish in their fishing bucket. For every 10 new fish species a Toon sells, she will award them with a trophy and a Laff boost.
