Ian Graham was a former game developer for Toontown Online and Pirates of the Caribbean Online. He previously Interned at Schell Games in 2004 for a kid-safe multiplayer FPS.
For both Toontown and Pirates of the Caribbean Online, he developed a crucial networking interface known as the Switchboard. The Switchboard was intended to be used as a way to see and send messages to friends located on a different game. For example, the interface would allow Bob to see that Alice is online playing Pirates of the Caribbean from friends list in Toontown. The Switchboard also managed the both of the game's greylist and denylist chat filter.
