Professor Flake is a Toon NPC monkey found in The Precipitation Foundation. He is one of the Loony Labs scientists who invented the Anti-Cog Control Hat.

- He is one of the few monkey NPCs.
- He is the only Loony Labs scientist who does not appear on the home page of the Toontown test server website.
