The Small Head is a temporary cheesy effect that is awarded for completing certain "Just For Fun!" ToonTasks. It lasts longer in higher-level playgrounds. This effect makes the toon's head small.
Small head's counterpart is big head.
Trivia
- The Head Hunter's Head Shrink attack also decreases the size of the targeted toon's head.
