I think a little clarification is needed on the last "Trivia" item. 

• If more than one $1, $5, or $10 note is used, all of them will all transform into one note, instead of three different notes.

Is this trying to say that three of the same bill will all merge (and if so, why say three when two or four could also be used?) or that if all three varities will if played in the same turn, they will merge?
