Last Name

The last name was found in one of the Toonography description (I'll find the pic on Google). I only inputted it on the Trivia section. Somebody just bothered to add it everywhere else.

About Flippy's position... (I left a similar notice on http://toontown.wikia.com/wiki/Template_talk:DYK)

Is there any evidence that he is the "Mayor" or "President"? From what I understand he is only the "president of the Toon Council" rather than Toontown itself. I gave some references in the link above.

but i copied it using his dna then doing a dna change :P. it worked.
