I really don't think this should stay. Its a 3rd party program, toontown didn't make it, and its product advertising which is kinda restricted. I don't think this page should stay.

I disagree.

This isn't advertising it, it's informing us. A good wiki is an unbiased one that gives information on everything related to the subject at hand, even if it may be used for malicious or otherwise bannable purposes.

3rd party programs should be off
