That's a good point, but I'm not completely sure. The tunnel is there, but what is on the other side hasn't be released.......

Important Info For This Page

A while ago, I was researching this tunnel. I found that it actually doesn't lead to anything and it isn't even a tunnel. I was simply a decoration showing Toontown is currently "Under Construction." Some people believed the Under Construction Tunnel lead to Funny Farm, including me, I remember waiting and waiting for Disney to do something with that tunnel, if it is just for decoration, then there goes my hopes and dreams.TheToontasticToon (talk) 20:05, August 3, 2014 (UTC)
