Test Toon

A Test Toon is a Toon who has an account on the Toontown Online Test Server. Test Toons report bugs, glitches, and crashes with upcoming features before they are released to the live server. They are famed for commissioning the Toon Council to create SpeedChat Plus.[Citation Needed »] Players need to have an active Toontown membership subscription to join Test Toontown.
