ToonFest
ToonFest was a real life celebration of the game Toontown Online that was hosted by Disney. There were two ToonFests in 2006 and 2007, which were both held at locations in the United States. ToonFest 2006 took place around North Hollywood, California, while ToonFest 2007 took place in Orlando, Florida.
Both events featured many games such as "Pin the tail on the Doodle", a minigolf course, an in-game scavenger hunt, and a Costume contest. These events have been featured on the now-defunct Disney short series "Disney 365", which aired primarily during commercial times on Disney Channel and Toon Disney.
Toonfest 2006
Toonfest 2006 took place on August 26, 2006 at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. Tickets were only $10 and people aged under 17 had to have someone 18 or over come with them. Tickets were sold out 8 days after the announcement of Toonfest 2006.[1]
About 1,500 attended the event, which was the maximum number of people that fit in the Walt Disney Studio[2].
Toonfest 2007
Toonfest 2007 took place on August 4, 2007 at Disney's Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.
