The Toon Resistance is a Toon movement against Cogs. It is led by Lord Lowden Clear. At the building Talking in Your Sleep Voice Training, if Toons use the SpeedChat phrase "Would you like some help?" Whispering Willow will give the Toon the Resistance Salute emotion.
