Toons Always Hit

Toons Always Hit is a tool that toons use in battles with cogs. It is only available from some SOS toons. They deliver the effect to all toons using the Pixie Dust gag animation. It causes all gags to work on cogs for one round, no matter what the gag's accuracy is.

Trivia

• Using Drop on a lured cog with Toons Always Hit will not work. If Toons Always Hit is used, and another toon uses Drop on a lured cog, the toon using Drop will pass.
