Toontown was a fictional world that Toons call home. It was the setting of Disney's Toontown Online, as well as Who Framed Roger Rabbit [1] and Mickey's Toontown at Disney theme parks. This world was colorful, silly, and cartoon-like.
In Toontown, Toons were always having fun and playing games. However, they were in a constant battle with business robots called Cogs, who also inhabited Toontown, on the streets and in the Cog headquarters. As a Toon progressed through the game, he/she received Toontasks from specific NPCs and soon would be able to teleport to any area in Toontown.

- ↑ But in "Who framed Roger Rabbit",Toontown is (as its name implies) more of a city in the real world, which is the only place where Toons live, than a entire world.
