The Toontown Alliance Project was a movement by the Toon Council to permanently remove several districts from Toontown. This intended to make the other Districts stronger and more sociable, thus having more players seen in areas. The Blog Post for this plan was released on August 10th, 2010.[1]
The following Districts were removed from Toontown:

- Bouncytown
- Bouncyville
- Crazy River
- Giggly Valley
- Kookytown
- Kookywood
- Loony Bluffs
- Loonyburgh
- Loonyville
- Loopy Valley
- Nuttyboro
- Screwy Park
- Screwy Valley
- Wacky Falls
- Zanytown
- Zanywood
- Zippetyham
