Blue Lightning is a male light blue cat, at the laff limit of 25. Just like Total Cutie, Blue Lightning focusses on Gag Training and Toontasks. He is also a very strategic toon, who anylizes a situations, cog, and stragizes perfect plans to get credit without using gags almost every time. Blue Lightning only has about 10 friends that he doesn't really even want. If you want to be his friends it's all right with his creator, but your Toon has to at least be stronger than him.
Blue Lightning currrently only has 3 Gag Tracks: Throw, Squirt, and Sound. None are maxed.
Toontasks
Blue Lightning has completed all Toontasks within his non-member limits, so there is nothing you can really help with exept for gag training.
