RE: Categories
Welcome to the wiki!
In order to create a category, assuming that you're using the visual editor, you just need to enter the category name into the box underneath the "Categories" section, which is all the way to the right of the screen. Once the edit is saved, it will automatically create the category that you put in the box.
If that didn't help you (since I'm terrible at explaining things) you can always take a look at Wikia Help's page on categories.

RE: Adding Pictures on to Articles
On the very right of the screen, there should be should be a "Photo" button under "Add features and media". Click that, then a small window should pop up where you can browse your computer's files and upload a picture.

Re: Protected Page
In order to protect an article, you would have to be an administrator.
There's really no point in protecting your user page as of now since anons (users without a Wikia account) can no longer edit the wiki due to a United States Federal law revision. Therefore, the only other two protection options are: semi-protection (all users with an account can edit), and full protection (only admins can edit). If I were to semi-protect your user page, then it would still be the same as if I didn't apply a protection since everybody (with a registered account) can still edit it. If I were to fully protect it, you wouldn't be able to edit your own user page. Bermuda • Talk • 21:50,7/7/2013

I deleted your blog since it was about a Toontown private server, which we do not allow the talk of. I also deleted the video of it.

Template on user page
Hi. The template that you are using on your user page may not be used as it is only meant for mainspace articles. If you would like to use a template to describe your toon, you can use Template:Toonprofile, Template:Toonprofile2, or Template:Toonprofile3. Sorry for the inconvenience.
