Hey there! We appreciate the help but I wanted to let you know about Wikia's policy about the header/footer.

I was notified by another user that the code you gave us is allowed in the personal CSS (User:Penguin-Pal/wikia.css for example), but not the site-wide CSS. This is also said here, in the second-to-last sentence in bold. Therefore, the custom images can be included in your CSS but not the wiki's.
