Hello there, welcome to the wiki!
In a normal situation, yes, Loving would have been demoted quite some time ago. Unfortunately, besides her, I am the only admin. I speak with Loving frequently, so if I ever need help with anything, I can ask her for help. If I demote her, I would have to go through the trouble of re-promoting her if I need her. It's just easier for me to leave her with her rights until we ever find a replacement.
