1. No, we do not accept stuff like that, however there is a wiki which I am part of ( the Toontown Fanon Wiki) which supports fanon. But we do allow that stuff on your user page. And we do have a one page on clans which have clans on
2. Im not sure, Im not the owner but I am an admin.

1. Yes, you can put stuff like that only on your user page.

1:I dont think so, you could make a section on your user page like this

'Title: My clan

Text'

1: I dont understand

2: I don't understand.

You have to make a blog for a newsletter or you could do it on the front page, and you can have as many clans as you want.
