Weather

The weather in Toontown is based on where a toon is in Toontown. The only exception is special events such as Halloween when the sky is darkened.

Snow

Snow is only seen in the playground in The Brrrgh; however, snow does not fall on the streets (although snow is apparent on the ground). The ponds in The Brrrgh are not frozen. The pond's border is likely to be ice, as it is a blueish color. According to the release notes, the snow was added in Toontown Beta 2.

Clouds And Sky

The characteristics of the clouds differ by the location.

In Toontown Central, Daisy Gardens, Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres, Goofy Speedway, and toon estates, the sky is an azure shade with puffy white clouds scattered about.

In Donald's Dock, the clouds are a greyish color and cover most of the sky, blocking sunlight.

In Minnie's Melodyland, the clouds are an orange shade. The sky is an orange gradient, its shade similar to those of the clouds. The color of the overall sky suggests evening time.

In The Brrrgh, the clouds are a silvery shade and lightly scatter. The sky is a subtle slate blue color. The clouds could be the cause of the falling snow in the playground and the frost and ice located throughout the area.

In Donald's Dreamland, there are two variations of clouds. One type of cloud is rather large and puffy, bearing a gentle periwinkle shade. This cloud type surrounds the area to the point that the clouds can be seen on the map. The other variation is much smaller and scatters in the sky, above the much larger clouds. The sky is a dark blue dotted with small white stars, signalling nighttime.

In Cog headquarters, the sky is a blackish color with grey clouds, implying pollution or the level of corruption the area encompasses.

Trivia

• Lightning appears in the Toontown installation intro when cogs are mentioned, and a small thunderstorm is summoned in the Storm Cloud gag. Despite such, no signs of lightning-based weather occurring in-universe are apparent.
• Window views that can be purchased from Clarabelle's Cattlelog can depict various weather and skies that cannot be found within the Toontown lands. However, whether these views display fictional or realistic scenery from the Toontown universe is unknown.
• Even though it is always snowing in The Brrrgh, the amount of snow lying on the floor never changes.
