The Fishing Boot Shirt is a shirt rewarded to the toons who have qualified for Billy Budd's Annual Fishing Tournament in September 2012.[1]
The top twenty toons who catch the most fish each day in each of the fishing rod categories will win the Fishing Boot Shirt.[2]
