3. He will ask you to recover a Simple Spoon from either Big Wigs or Robber Barons
4. He will ask you to go fishing for a Talking Toad
5. Visit The Melting Ice Cream Bar on Walrus Way
6. Recover 10 Ice Cream Cones from either The Big Cheeses or Big Wigs or Mr. Hollywoods
7. Return to The Melting Ice Cream Bar and then to Lil' Oldman
8. Get Powder from Big Wigs or Mr. Hollywoods
9. Defeat 20 4+ story Cog buildings
10. Go fishing for Talking Toad's Girlfriend
11. Return to Lil' Oldman and the task is complete
