Summary
The ToonTask commences by visiting Loony Louis in Used Clown Cars, located on Silly Street in Toontown Central. Loony Louis will request that you fish out four clown tires in Toontown Central's fishing ponds. After completing the task, he will request you to visit Lucy Tires in Crack Up Auto Repair, located on Loopy Lane in Toontown Central. Lucy Tires will ask you to defeat six level three Cogs in Toontown Central. After completing the task, return to Lucy Tires to receive the final task of delivering an air pump to Loony Louis. Once delivered, you will be rewarded.
