Fountain Pen is a Cog move which can be performed by Glad Handers, Micromanagers, Head Hunters and Pencil Pushers. It is mostly performed by Bossbots.

Animation

1. The Cog pulls out a pen.
2. Then, the Cog clicks the pen.
3. Ink will come out of the pen and fly to the selected Toon.
   • If the attack hits the Toon's head gets filled with ink and s/he gets his/her head put back.
   • If the attack misses, The Toon ducks and the ink goes over the Toon. The word "Missed" will appear above the Toon's head.
