Sacked is a signature Cog move of Downsizers.

Animation

1. The Downsizer says a phrase, and tosses a big brown sack at the targeted Toon.
2. The Toon will get hit and will be trapped in the sack, collapsing in the process. The Toon will slowly get up as the sack vanishes. If the attack misses, the Toon will move away from its place as the sack lands. The sack vanishes in the process.
