Red Tape is a Cog move that can be performed by Two-Faces, Bloodsuckers, and Ambulance Chasers.

Animation

1. The Cog reaches into its pocket and pulls out a roll of red tape.
2. The Cog says a phrase.
3. The Cog then throws the roll of tape at the targeted Toon.
4. If the attack hits, it will wrap the Toon and the Toon jumps with their hands on their side
5. If the attack misses, the Toon will simply jump over it and the tape disappears.

• In real life, red tape is used to refer to any difficult and unnecessary legal process.

• Red Tape is Ambulance Chaser's strongest move, dealing 19 damage at Level 8.
