Restraining Order is a signature Cog move of Back Stabbers.

Animation

1. The Back Stabber pulls out a letter and tosses it at the Toon.
2. If the attack hits, the Toon bounces around similarly to if they were stuck in the Red Tape. If the attack misses, the Toon jumps and the the paper will disappear.
