Play Hardball is a Cog move. It can be performed by Loan Sharks and Corporate Raiders.

Animation

1. The Cog pulls out a baseball and says a phrase.
2. The Cog will then throw it to the targeted Toon.
   • If the move hits, the ball will hit the Toon's head, causing the Toon to fall backward on its bottom. The Toon will eventually get up.
   • If the move misses, the Toon will move out of the way as the ball is thrown.

• To Play Hardball is to act aggressively and ruthlessly.
• An almost similar attack, Throw Book, (A book being thrown at a Toon instead of a baseball) was only used by Big Wigs in the beta version of Disney's Toontown Online.
